ABOUT US:

We provide safe and reliable transportation to and from the airport. Our buses will give customers a unique experience as they ride with a personalized pick up attendant to answer any questions they may have, with reliable transportation from bi-lingual employees.

SCHEDULE:

Monday thru Saturday (8am-5pm) - 46 hours/week

LOCATION:

Will work from a co-working space until office space is found.

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for an Operations Managers to help us get the business off the ground. This position will require the candidate to work on many different projects, requiring the ideal candidate to be nimble and excited to take on many different responsibilities across the company.

PRE-LAUNCH RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position will report to CEO (Nick Simpson)

  • The candidate will need to do the following, but not limited to:

    • Operations

      • Work with CEO to get all airport transportation required paperwork filed 

      • Determine how all teams will communicate (walkie talkies, phones, etc)

      • Establish a schedule for bus routes

      • Establish bus routes

        • Work with hostels in areas for drop off and pick up locations 

      • Collect packet materials

      • Source uniforms

      • Help open a bank account

      • Help establish a schedule for employees

    • Sales

      • Help source buses to lease

        • Help find parking garages if necessary for buses

      • Visit hotels around the area to see if there is a way we can partner

    • HR

      • Build job descriptions for all positions

      • Create a plan for firing employees

      • Work with CEO to ensure all requirements for full time employment are in place

      • Be part of the hiring committee

POST-LAUNCH:

  • This position will report to CEO (Nick Simpson) until a General Manager (TBD) position is selected –

  • Once the business is launched, this position will work directly with the Customer Service team, Pick Up Attendants, and Drivers to ensure the customer experience is at the highest level and operations are moving smoothly. This person will need to be a problem solver in order to help solve any issues that might arise during pick up and drop off of our customers. The position will be the first point of contact for all day-to-day tasks and will be required to report in with weekly analytics to the GM or CEO.
